For the AGM to proceed, 12% of the Association’s membership must be present in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend, please complete the below online proxy form by 6pm on Thursday 3 October 2024.

This will assist WLA ACT in meeting its quorum for the AGM.

You are able to nominate any WLA ACT member or President of WLA ACT, Danielle Mildren.

Any proxy you appoint must be a member and must have paid all money due and payable by them to the Association prior to commencement of the meeting, other than the amount of the annual membership payable for the current year. The appointment must be made in writing.
